I'm back for a quick hello
well its been about 7 months since i posted here regularly since then i'm down from 322lb to a slightly better 278lb. i've lost nearly 7 inches off my waist. 4" off my chest and around 6" off my hips.
i got down to 273 at christmas but came off plan and went back up to around 298, now back down to 278.
so the next 6 months looking to A) stay on plan as much as possible. B) make the most of the summer weather ( its England so thats 1 week of sun then the rest of the summer is raining) and cycle alot more.
C) keep up my current exercise regeime
D) try and drop below 240.
E) take up yoga again
F) carry on with swimmign and tai chi as well as my mid week badminton.
G) manage to do my morning crunches and push ups.
H) manage to skip for at least 15 mins 3 times a week.
we'll see how it goes
