This is my first time making an exercise goal, but I'm going to be pretty ambitious and say that I'm going to do 700 minutes of exercise. I figure that will give me around 35 minutes a day during weekdays, so that I can have the weekends off, as they tend to be rather busy. BUT, I am going to try my best to exceed that because I hope to up my daily workout to 45 minutes a day sometime this month.
Hi everyone, I was going to up my minutes this month since I managed to reach my 1000 minutes today. However, with that being said, since it is a shorter month, i think I will leave it at 1000 minutes.
The second half of January threw me for quite a few loops, so I ended up only getting 610 minutes of exercise for the month, but that's still 610 more than I was doing just a few months ago!
I'm going to keep my January goal of 900 minutes for February as well. I'm going to keep that goal for as many months as it actually takes me to MAKE it, so if February isn't my month, then 900 will be my goal again in March.
But, to start of February, I did do 30 minutes of WATP this morning (first time in over a week!). So I'll start us off...
Happy February! 50 minutes with Petra's Rhythmic Power.
Sharon, I am totally itching to walk! It's too cold and snowy here for now (and I don't like treadmills), but you've reminded me—last year my dad offered to put in a lane behind my house. I live out in the country so there really isn't any safe/fun way to get in a good walk without going to a nature trail. I'm going to take him up on his offer this spring!
Yesterday, 60 min weight training and 12 min on the elliptical. I try now to do some ellipitical before and after the weights, but my routine was hard last night, so I only did the before. I am SORE today!
Group total ~ 272 + 72 = 344 min
