hello again, ... again

yup i am back and gonna get this weight loss thingy done this time.

i was 300.. then lost 25.. yup 25 pounds.. then gained all the silly putty back again and a few.. so now i was 303 and 3/4 and have been trying again. i am now down to 300 and 1/2.


so i will do this and will be here daily and weigh in weekly

Do you have little goals like just drinking enough water? I know that's a tough one for many people, and I don't always have as much as I should, but just TRYing means I'm getting more than I would otherwise.

I hope you find your own direction here and I'm glad you're back. ... again.
