Okee .. I signed up for the New Year Challenge for the weight loss percentage lost etc .. and I did ask on that post how do you work out your weight loss percentage .. but got not instruction .. so I thought OK .. will look it up online .. but all I can find are how to work out BMI and Body Fat .. NOT WHAT I WANTED!!! argggghhhhh.

So .. could someone please explain to me how to calculate what percentage of weight I have lost .. I know its probably an easy calculation .. but I dont know if Im supposed to multiply, add, subtract or divide let alone which numbers rofl.

OK so...

(weight (lbs) lost / starting weight) x 100 = % of weight loss

So for example:

100 lbs lost / 295 starting weight = .338
.338 x 100 = 33.8% loss

Holy heck, I've lost over a third of myself...

Thank you so much for that Okee .. so I have lost 18.5% of the old me!!! Holy moly that is almost 1 fifth of me body gone!!! WOW ... I thought I would only be about 9-10% ... good grief its a happy day today for me Weight wise anyway rofl ...
