Didn't do as well as I could have this week, I guess. It's not too bad, I just wish I could have lost. I'm also about to have TOM, so it may be that I'm retaining.

Reason: changing weight
Monday morning weigh in time. I'm at 327.7 for a loss of 4.5 pounds. I switched scales earlier this week because the one I was using previously was getting wildly inconsistent. The new one was 1.6 pounds lighter, and closer to the one at my doctor's office so that was a little bonus and boost. The 4.5 pound loss is adjusted for the new scale, so I really did lose that this week.
I am finding myself too focused and anxious to be out of the 300's. I want to try to relax and just let the days go by. It'll come!
I have been very bad and have gone the wrong way. I have been so far off course it isn't funny. I have gained 6 lbs from my beginning weight. I need a kick in the butt(literally).
Okay, I finally am seeing some movement on the scale, weigh in this week is 287! Yeah for me. And love an hugs for those who have not lost. Just jump back on the horse.
UPDATE
I lost three more punds yesterday, that brings me to 284, wwwweeeeeeee!
Down 2.7 pounds this week to 325. Should make my mini goal sometime this week!
Congrats on your loss DJCJ- I remember when you felt stuck at 297 not so long ago. Great progress.
Mia and KnCmamma- I was on a different plan before Christmas, and ended up blowing it over 6 tough weeks in the New Year. I gained back as well, and when I refocused my attention on my weight loss it came back off pretty quickly. A lot of it was just general bloat from the crappy food. Day one back on is the toughest - hope you've passed that by now and are feeling a little better.

I weighed-in on Sunday, 3/18. I've lost 15pounds since my last report on 2/18.
I got caught up in a ton of emotional eating...I've regained 28pounds since my last posting on 3/18.
Back to the drawing board.
