Here are the minutes I've accumulated since I last posted. Not too happy about them and am not even sure if I'm going to make a Feb goal, as I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed and frustrated with my lack of progress.

I needed 21 minutes to make my goal, and I did 21 minutes of core exercises to make it. ha.

Okay, my final exercise report for the Month of January. I'm so proud! I put a goal of 300 minutes for my personal goal. Today I am at 1017 minutes! Some of them I have reported. So, I will only report the minutes that I haven't reported yet. lol.

Group total 18,602 + 130 for this week = 18,732 New Group Total

Well, here I am to post my minutes for the second half of January.

Pretty much all of it was walking again, the only variety was 'where'. I completed 730 mins from Jan 18 to 31.

Personal Goal... 1010 + 730 = 1740/1500, putting me 240 OVER my January goal.

Group Total... 18,732 + 730 = 19,462
