I just started keeping track on Sept 1st. I was going to do once a month, but I was "mad at the scale", so I decided to do it after only 2 weeks. Fortunately, the results were good
I do think that I will go to just doing them on the first of the month though, as I don't think there is generally that much of a change if you do it too often. Better to do it less and when you are done feel
As far as posting the #'s, it is scarry. But the more scarry thing is the size of my butt!!!
I was considering just putting Waist = -.5, etc., but thought I may as well "hang it all out there"
