The results of Red-White-and Blue Day Goals!

  • haven't got the energy to beat around the bush.

    I failed big time. I may just be at my starting position. I must have fallen down and bumped my head and currently must still be concussed.

    But masochist (spelling?) that I am, I am willing and able to jump on board for the next one.

    I did not get a chance to weigh in Saturday AM, so I missed last week completely. I will be trying to get to weigh in tomorrow night, so I will post my results then!! I was not very good this past week, but hopefully I did not ruin my goal that I already made!! I don't think I was that bad, but you never know how Scalemonster's gonna show it!!

    Hope everyone else is doing good/better than before!!
  • I weigh in on the 5th. I won't have met my goal, but have moved some in the right direction. Will post after weigh in.

  • Missed my weigh in but I can tell you I did not make it. I am at 212 on my scale and that is usually a pound higher than WW. But I tried and I lost some and I am still smaller than I was last summer. Now on to my labor day goal.

    JUNE 13th Weigh In: 240.0
    JUNE 21st Weigh In: 237.8
    JULY 3rd Weigh In: 237.6
    Goal Weight 7/4: 239.0

    I met my goal, plus 1.4!! Now for the Labor Day Goal...

    Well, I didn't make my goal . I skipped WW on Tuesday 7/3 which would have been my last WI, but after the week before I'm sure I didn't lose enough to hit my goal. Oh well, I'm not going to let it stress me out .

  • Good morning. Here is my exercise log copied from the other thread:

    Mileage update for 4th of July Goal:

    5/30/01--3 miles (It felt so good to get back to the gym! And I'm 1/25th the way to my 75 mile target.)
    5/31/01--3 miles. 40 minutes treadmill; 15 minutes rowing.
    6/2/01--4 miles at the American Heart Association Heart Walk
    6/5/01--3 miles treadmill
    6/7/01--2 miles (2 hours heavy gardening)
    6/10/01--3 miles (1 procor, 2 treadmill)
    6/12/01--3 miles treadmill
    6/13/01--1.5 miles (fitness orientation; 1 set of weights on nine machines. Ow.) 22.5 miles total.
    6/15/01--3 miles (30 minutes tm; 30 minutes weight machines)
    19 days to goal day--50 miles to go--not sure if I'll get to 75?)
    6/17/01--3 miles (30 minutes Precor; 15 minutes treadmill)
    6/25/01--4 miles (20 tm; 20 body trek; 30 minutes weights) No 75 miles for me, obviously. But I worked really hard today. No more eight day breaks.
    6/26--3 miles tm
    6/27--2 miles walking outdoors
    6/29--3 miles (30 minutes tm; 30 minutes weights. (40.5 miles total.)
    7/2--3 miles
    7/4--4 miles--47.5 miles total. Not too bad, I guess.
