Newby from Nebraska

I have been a "lurker" for awhile and thought I would take the plunge and join. I am from Nebraska, a working mom (have 2 little boys), and am looking to meet some friends who will offer up some advice and words of encouragement from time to time. I have been pretty serious about this since Jan. ---really noticed the weight come after giving up pop and beer

. Still have about 20 pounds to loose. Love to walk, but am finding it harder to get out a walk now that the weather is cooling off.....not a cold weather person. Did purchase Gunnar Peterson's The Core...and have seen results with that. So anyway....I am new here and hoping to meet some new people and get some awesome support!
