Hi girls. I was here about a year ago on the SB Diet but that was no good for me..soon as I let up a bit, I gained all the weight back SO, I'm going to try something different..exercise more and eat less
Today is my first day and my start weight with my NEW scale is 191.5..(my old scale had me at 186)
My goal is to lose 50-60 lbs. Wish me luck and I need all the support I can get!!!
Good for you for getting yourself back on track! I had a similar start weight as you and I'm still working on a 50 lbs. total. Good luck and welcome back!

I'm new here too and looking for buddies. I guess I'll jump right in. My scale was tipping at 171 pounds. I managed to get a couple of pounds off last week which I 'm pleased with, but realize I need support from others who are on their "journey". I'm springing myself into action to try to help myself get the weight off. I came across this website and thought I'd look around. I like it so far. I'm trying to get 35 pounds off and could sure use some support.
