Default Eats and exercise

Hey all,
Feel free to jump into this thread. I am going to journal as much as I can to help me be accountable.

9/4

Breakfast: omelet with 2 eggs, spinach, roasted red bell peppers & a sprinkling of parmesean cheese.

Lunch: Turkey sandwich with cheddar cheese

Snack: 8 teddy grahams

Dinner: 2 chile rellenos, spanish rice

Drinks: Water, 1 coke

Exercise: 3 mile run

Other snack: 1 sugar cookie

B: 2 low-fat sausage links, 1 piece wh-wh bread, 1 pear, 1 c coffee w/½ a creamer in it
L: Chin's Asia Fresh tofu/vegetable stir-fry with brown rice - ½ of one entree (the rest is in a to-go box in my refrigerator )
D: 2 egg rolls, 2 c mixed-green salad with fat-free mango dressing, 3 prunes

Probably not enough water - about 48 oz

E: ½-hour @ Curves
