Woohoo! I'm an aunt again! Baby girl, born last night, 8 lb 6 oz, 21 inches.

Sorry I haven't been around much - life is crazy right now and will be the rest of August. I'm not even posting my journal - but I'll check in when I can.

I tried to post a reply earlier but my system crashed. Grrr!
Anyways, this day is lasting forever (i'm at work). When I get bored at work i'm tempted to eat so i'll just chomp on some gum. Hopefully that will work.

DG: I hope you found some gum. I know that I have cravings in the evenings and what has helped me is checking into the success or maintainer forum and drinking a big glass of water.

I weighed myself this am. I am down 8#! Woohoo! And the nice part is that my clothes are fitting me better.

So far today I have had a bowl of frosted flakes with skim milk and a Lean Cuisine. I won't have time to run tonight, but it is my rest day anyway.

Glad to hear the storm is avoiding the Southerners on this list.

Pretty much a terrible evening and morning, eating wise, getting back on track. Anna is getting spoiled (2 months), she cries whenever I set her down. It is driving me nuts. I actually love to just sit and hold her, but I have a messy house and a 2 year old to play with. Speaking of which.........

Hi guys,

Just a quickie. We are getting ready for a trip to TX. We are leaving in the am and driving straight thru. I'm a little nervous since it's a 24 hr drive. However, Alex now weighs 20#!!! *YES*!!! I can turn his seat around. He's actually 20 lbs, 12 oz. I hope this makes for a better trip. He can see where we are going. We also have a DVD player for him. Unfortunately, only one Wiggle show.
