Red face Newbie...
Hi. Just wanted to say I am new here. Just started the program this week. Feeling focused. Need to lose 80 lbs. Long road, but willing to travel it!
Any tips for a newbie on the bandwagon?

Hi Hippie! Welcome to 30-somethings! Are you doing Weight Watchers? The best tip I can give you is drink lots and lots of water! If you think you've had enough, drink one more glass!! So what if you're in the bathroom every hour...or more!
