Hi all, last week I started eating healthy low fat foods in an attempt to lose 20 or 25 lbs that I have let creep up on me. I'm 38, only 4'10 and weighed 140, the scales look like around 138 now and I am determined. Ya know how ya get on the scales one day and they say that you've lost 5 lbs and the next day it looks as tho youu have put them back on? GRRR...I am ignoring that nonsense and keepin on with what I know is right and I know I will make it to where I wanna be! Good luck to all!
