breakfast
oatmeal = 2
sugar = .5
bacon = 2

snack
banana = 2

lunch
soup = 4
crackers = 2

dinner
chicken = 4
tortilla shells = 4
cheese = 2
beans = 1
salsa = 0

snack
ms merengues = 10

daily total = 33
daily bank = +2

reflections ~ messed up on those cookies. running around today and let myself get too hungry.

reflections ~ thought it was the extra tennis that was making so hungry. Realized it is also pms striking with a vengence.
