exercise 50 min cardio breakfast egg = 2 bread = 2 jam = 1 lunch grapes = 1 lean cuisine = 6 snack (had a real late lunch, starving!) cheese = 6 ms merengues = 6 dinner salad = 0 parmesan = 3 snack ms meringues = 6 daily total = 33 weekly bank = 3.5 reflections ~ a very tough day! |
