In February I was all the way down to 219lbs and now I'm back up to 244 as of this morning...
I was always keeping a pulse on things because I didn't want to get back to my original weight before I started losing which was 270lbs...but 244 is close enough now to start getting back on track.

Thank you and I know that we can do it. I realized that my plateau was based on my lack of knowledge and also fear. I had been researching fasting and the ketosis for very long time, but I wasn't serious enough about it because I was afraid to eat more fat. I am now on a total ketogenic diet and the weight is just melting away and I tend to work out like a maniac (not for fear of gaining weight but because I like to stay active), but as it has been soooo hot in the washington DC area, its hard to get motivated to work out so I have been slacking a bit on that front and the weight is falling off and more importantly body fat %. Normally when I don't work out bc Im sick or something I may lose weight but my body fat goes up bc I am losing my muscle from not training. Its all fat coming off. I am so happy that I was able to switch the brain and stop fearing calorie count and fat. I so many more calories that I normally do yesterday, but had more fat and very little carbs. I skipped my workout and this morning am 2lbs lighter. I LOVE IT! I'm back people!!!!
