So! 9 weeks to drop 15lbs (at least) for my son's first birthday when my family come to visit. Keeping track of my calories, and today I started level one of 30 day shred, felt good to feel the burn!
Anyone else want to join me? If I keep posting on here, and logging my meals on my fitness pal I am hoping I will reach my goal size and fit back into my jeans again!
