Stress-Eater..I need help now!

Hello Everyone,

I'm new to the forum. If you are awake right now please send me some words of encouragement. I WANT TO EAT EVERYTHING!

I am stressed out and want to eat, eat, eat, eat. I've lot about 4 pounds in the last to weeks and really dont want to undo my progress.

Someone please help....any words of encouragement are appreciated.
