I am restarting completely. I edited my signature and profile to reflect my new starting weight. I am going on a cruise next March and that is my main motivation. I want to wear cute sundresses, flattering swimsuits and sexy elegant dresses. If I lose 1 pound per week, I would be down almost 40 pounds by the cruise which I think is a realistic goal. If I worked really hard and lose 2 pounds a week, I would be at my ultimate goal by the cruise. For now, I'm just going to aim for 1 pound per week.
