oatmeal = 2
sugar = .5
mixed berries = .5

brunch
lite bread = 1
sausage gravy = 6

dinner
salad = 0
grilled chicken = 4
parmesan = 2
peaches = 2

snack
cheese = 6
doritos = 3

daily total = 27
weekly points banked = 2
weekly activity banked = 4

reflections ~ great day!

granola bar = 3

pizza = 12

snack
ice cream

daily total = 32
weekly points banked = 2
weekly activity banked = 5

reflections ~ little too much snacking today.

doritos (thankfully they're all gone now) =3
cheese = 6

dinner
xlean beef = 4
bun = 1
cheese = 2
ff fries = 3
tomatoes = 0
corn = 1

snack
ice cream = 10

daily total = 38
weekly points banked = +2
weekly activity earned = 4

reflections ~ really overdid it on the snacking today. My mistake: took the carton of ice cream in front of the tv.
