Hello everyone! Today marks 7 days since i began a lower calorie diet and im happy to announce that I'm down 3.8 lbs!! It feels so good to know that im well on my way to a lower BMI. Im hoping i continue to see a good loss every week and maybe i can be entering the 150's in a couple weeks! Thanks for reading!!
Thanks for the replies. I didn't make it to the 150's in 2 more weeks like i was hoping. Tomorrow starts my 5th week and i weighed in today at 162.4, so I'm definitely close. Maybe in 2 more weeks!! :-)

Milestone Goal No.1 is to reach 160# by 12/31/14.
Milestone Goal No.2 is to reach 140# by 2/28/15.
Milestone Goal No.3 is to reach 130# by 4/4/15, my 31st Birthday!
Ultimate Goal is to reach 127# by 6/1/15.
texasma 3.8lbs in a week is great. I am hoping to lose that much this week. I have been counting calories everyday since Wednesday and this coming Wednesday I will weigh in. I usually weigh everyday. I am just testing this out. I am ready to know what the number on the scale says!! I hope I see a loss.
