Been away a while and gained quite a bit back
 

I was pretty regular on here a few years ago. I lost over 100 lbs. Recently it's been creeping back on. I got married August 23, 2014. I was about 210. Since then I've packed on another 30 lbs. I need to get this under control before I end up back where I started my journey at 270.

welcome back. I too am back. Ive been kind of in and out of here the last year, but I have gained it all back and then some :( I really need to get back in gear. Congrats on your wedding! Pics are gorgeous :) I recently got married as well, in September.

Think I'll come back too! Let's stop the re-gain before we add even one more pound that we then have to take off!

I gained 60 back from my all time recent low. I have a closet full of clothes to fit back into this spring, I refuse to buy new ones.

Congrats, and welcome back! I'm back again for the billionth time. Life has a way of changing and getting in the way making it so easy to make excuses! Story of my life LOL.

What worked for you last time? What are you doing different?

I did weight watchers last time. I'm doing it again. It's the only thing that really works for me. I slacked for so long, but I've been sticking to it since New Years. Last time I lost weight, I was younger and it came off so quickly. I weighed myself every day and almost always saw a drop. This time around I'm older and the weight doesn't come off as easily. I was weighing daily and getting discouraged when I wouldn't see the scale budge for days. So I weighed myself at the beginning of January and then told my husband to hide my scale until Feb 1.

Great pictures! You really don't look 210 there, but you do look absolutely beautiful.

I'm back again too... having gone from 205 to 145 then back up to 190. Currently sitting at 180 and finding the second go around tough!
