Default Just Joined

Hey everyone! I just joined this site. I am looking for a great diet and lots of support from others that are on there weight loss journey. I have gained 42lbs in less than two years. I would like to lose 60lbs by christmas. So could someone direct me on my first steps on here? thanks so much !

i suggest you join a few groups.Most groups run challenges.some of the summer ones are finishing up and most will start another for halloween.

Hi Pinkpowerrangermomma, I'm in the same boat you are-would love to lose 60 lbs by Christmas-it just seems like a HUGE goal! What eating plan are you going to do? I feel like sometimes I let my family sabotage me into eating poorly when I need to fess up and know it is all me. Good luck to you and I think being honest and accountable are good guidelines to live by!
