I left 170s behind me and finally moved into the Overweight range (as opposed to Obesity) on the BMI chart. Hope to be in the 150s by September!

Been afraid to weight myself and the other day I was at 168.8, that's the heaviest I've ever been. I was thinking 150s was bad but now I would love to be back into the low 150s by Halloween.

I totally understand, I was the same way. I think I didn't weigh myself for at least four months because I was afraid to see what the scale had to tell me. Taking the first step is important, now there is no where to go but down, right?

Hello All!

I lost 110 lbs in 2012-2013 and I've recently gained about 15 back having too much fun (with food) this summer. I am 166 now, working hard to get back to 155 before I go away in November. Glad to meet you all!

That was me for the past 8 weeks or so. Finally on Monday I faced the facts and weighed in at 169. I'm 3 lbs down so far, although that is mostly just sodium weight from not eating out.

I like to think my pants are as tight as they will ever be - they will get loser every day
