corn = 1

snack
candy = 7

daily total = 29

reflections ~ candy & cheese. hmm. not such a great day.

1 tsp butter/strawberry spread
3/4 6 oz container ff raspberry yogurt

L - 2 roasted chicken drumsticks
2 cups mixed greens
2.5 TBS reduced oil blasamic vinegrette

S - 2 SF hershey w/almonds (glutton for punishment )

D - 3/4 roasted turkey thigh
1 cup spinach w/tsp butter
1/3 cup sf butter almond ice cream

S - 1/3 cup sliced strawberries
6 oz ff vanilla yogurt

16 oz coffee w/H&H
1 6 oz carton ff yogurt

lunch
2 slices low carb pizza, no toppings
2 cups mixed salad
2 tbs lite italian dressing

s- 1 oz pumpkin seeds
6 oz carton ff yogurt

Dinner
turkey thigh
1.5 cups broccoli
tsp butter
3 bites mac & cheese
1 RS sf pecan patty

Dessert
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1 6 oz carton coconut creme ff yogurt

1.5 cups broccoli/cauliflower/carrots
1.5 tsp butter
3 spoonfuls sf ice cream

S - 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
6 oz carton ff staw/banana yogurt
