Today I'm 180.6! Ahhh I'm about to start TOM. I've been a bit stressed due to some work stuff and munching a bit too much at night when I get home.
My coworker who is my friend and I were both up for a day shift position and we started the same day so it got complicated. She challenged via union me getting it and I challenged back and won. (I have 6 years experience compared to her 2). It just is sad that we put a strain on our friendship. I needed days for my son starting kindergarten. She wants days as well, but per seniority it should be me. Oh well. I'm very excited to see my son every day, doesn't always happen on swing shift.
Thanks for the comment on the swim suit. I've def toned up a lot, I'm not sure where my final number will be but I'm pretty sure I can at least hit 169. Not sure past that tho.
I'm also having some major IBS symptoms last few days. Always happens when TOM is about to start.
Sorry for the essay, I just needed to vent. I want to go to gym today, but if I'm running to bathroom every 10 minutes I don't have too many options. :/
Wow sounds like she had some serious sour grapes and tried to be a real a** and throw a tantrum. Well, you'll get it back on track! Hang in there, and don't be afraid to cut toxic people like that out of your life. Who needs "friends" like that???
Union contract actually states she gets it. Experience doesn't matter its a lottery. So I'm going to lose it anyway. It is what it is. She wasn't trying to take it away from me. She just wanted to make sure they recognized her "seniority" at work for future positions. Someone else complained to union about another unfair preference so all shift changes are being reevaluated.

Hi guys,
I’m new here and wanted to know, some of you lost a lot of weight do you still fell hungry, still crave for food a lot of the time, thinking what you are going to eat the next meal?
I’m asking because I lost weight in the past and it always drive me crazy that I can’t stop feeling hungry or looking for sweets.
looking for a cure, a life time cure!
Don’t want to be in and out diets all my life and be scared to gain weight.
When I discover emotional eating I felt part of me cam home, felt like this is the answer, did you ever felt that? What helped you?
I’m constantly looking for more ways to learn, live better and approve.
