OK so I have been having a bit of trouble getting back into things. A friend convinced me to try Atkins - I don't know how sound a nutritional approach it is, but so far I am losing.
I don't have real weight goals, but I will set behavior goals and see how it goes as far as weight
1. From 7/5 to 8/9 - Induction (<20 carbs per day, no "illegal")
2. From 8/9/03 to 8/30/03 - OWL Level 1 (<25 g carbs per day)
3. Whole time - 64-128 oz h20 per day plus exercise
4. Track all at fitday.com
So, that gives me 8 weeks from the start of Atkins (7/5/03) to the saturday before LD (8/30/03)
Will post weekly update and weight!
