203.4 this morning, I'm super pumped. I'm hoping to sweat my butt off the next few days because I'm having surgery on Wednesday and will be laid up for about 4 days afterwords

202.6 this morning (official weigh in of the week), so another week in here but I'd love it to be my last.... looking at how well we're all doing the 190s thread is going to be getting busy pretty soon!

Had 2 sliced of pepperoni pizza last night with a California blend of vegetables. Thought it was alright to splurge a little bit, and the smell of my family's pizza was so enticing. Despite splurging, I woke up 1.2 pounds lighter this morning!!!

Hey ladies!

I weighed in today at 216.8 I have been completely horrible with my eating habits. I bought a ninja blender/food processor yesterday and started doing smoothies for breakfast yesterday and today.
Packed my healthy lunch and snack and I'm ready to go for my work day today!

I recently found out I have some fertility issues and am probably going to have to do IVF inorder for my hubby and I to have a baby. Soooooo I figured I should probably get my butt in gear. I have my first appointment with the fertility specialist on Tuesday!

219 here. Yeah how come there's no thread for 200's? I would LOVE to see 199 on the scale. I am so proud of myself for getting out of the 220's. Its been hard. It took me a whole month to lose 13 pounds but I know I did it nice and slow so it will STAY off. No quick fixes!

Hello! I hope it's ok for me to join this thread. I've been in the 200's for longer than I can remember...managed to get down to 203 about a year ago but then....well, looking at my counter you know where I'm going with this. Anyway, I've got through a ridiculously stressful and emotional year and come out the other side so it's time to get below 200! I'll be weighing weekly and am hoping for some nice steady, healthy losses

Hey all! As you can see by my "join by" date in my profile over there <--- I have been a member here since 2005. Holy moly...10 years!!!! 3FC was an integral part of my weight loss over the years. At one point I was down to 188. Then after a divorce, second marriage, third baby, full time student status, husband on disability, etc... 30+ of those pounds found their way back. UGH! BUT, I'm now starting to regain control of life; or maybe I'm just realizing that in order to take care of my family I first need to take care of me. SO, I've come back to 3FC and hope to dive in and be active. I've started blogging again (link over there <---). I look forward to being a loser with the rest of you

I weighedin at 220 the other day and decided it was time to stop making excuses. Going to try to make healthier choice with food and stop mindless snacking. Also going to exercise. So far this week has been good but I think weekends out will be hard.
