Hi everyone, I'm still 157.5, boo hoo. I'm trying a new challenge so I can switch up my habits and try to get the lbs dropping. I'm doing two meals per day, no snacks, no dairy, no artificial sweeteners and 10000 steps of walking per day. Also getting good sleep, avoiding stress, taking a few supplements and getting some Vit D from the sun. Trying to be gentle and positive with myself and my health.

ElizabethC, that's what I'm trying to do; good luck, you can do it! I really need to cut all sodas. I love dairy and soda, haha. I sometimes wonder if I need to be more gentle. The amount of times I almost throw up at the gym can't be a good thing. ...I like to think it is, though.

I am fighting them too!! I feel like I have been in the 150's FOREVER and I get down to the 140's and then fall off and right back in the 150's I am!

Omg me!! It took me 3 months to go from 166/67 to 157 this morning. I think I finally safely in the 150's but I want to get to the 140's so I can fit in my clothes again! My goal is 120-115 and when it takes 3 months just to lose 10 lbs its so discouraging! I just think it took me years to put it on so if it only takes a year to take it off then I'm still ahead... I really want to enter my 30's in the best shape of my life.

Anastasia84 - You can do it! What are you doing now to lose weight? Workouts and eating? As for me I have the programs and tools to get where i need to be but EXTRA accountability and setting goals helps me A LOT!!

I will be browsing the challenge forum the next couple days and working on goals for May! BRING IT!!

SallyLA - from your ticker and stats it looks like you are in the mid 140s maybe?? Wooo hoo! You are my hero!

As for me, my no dairy challenge is working! I'm down to 154.5. Mid 150s baby! The only thing I changed about my challenge was I switched from 2 big meals a day to 5 mini-meals. 2 meals a day was giving me headaches from the big rise and fall in blood sugars. 5 mini meals keeps my blood sugar more steady and I feel great!

Down one more lb to 153.5 today.. only 4 more lbs and I will be in the 140s yaaahooooo! Then the hard task of making the 140s stick.

152.5 today.. getting even closer to 140s! Only 3 lbs. I can do this, I can do this, I can do this!!

Thanks elizabethLC I wish I looked like that too! That's why it's there A little motivation every time I log on.

Today I am on Day 3 of a 3 day cleanse and actually was 149.4 - so gotta stay under 150 from now on!

I have a trip to Vegas coming up next month and I would love to feel better about myself. And I think I am on the right track. Decided today no cheats until Vegas its only about 30 days away so its DOABLE!!

How is everyone else doing?

Finally 151.5. I know I am a slow loser. Nothing else to do but keep my head in the game and keep at it! Only 2 lbs to 149.5. If I stay focused I will see it soon!

My lowest adult weight was 148.5 which I saw about 3 different times. Hoping to bust thru that and get to my VFT (Virgin Fat Territory)!

150.5 today. Soooooo close to 140s! I know if I hang on I will get there. It has taken me three months to get from 157.5 to 150.5 (April to July). I lose slowly, I always have. If I get frustrated and start to repeat to myself "It's not fair".... I will probably give up and quit. Then I will never see the 140s! But if I just stay on my plan long term, I WILL GET THERE!

I want to be solidly in the 140s at Xmas and New Years. Then, starting in 2015, I want to get to a healthy BMI (144) and then slowly get 5 lbs below that (139) so I have my wiggle room.
