Lol thousandandsunny. Are we the only 2 in here? At 156 now. Feeling like I'll be in this decade forever.

Weighed in at 154.4 this morning. I've been off 3FC for a couple of months, have been dealing with other things and weight loss has not been the priority.
I've been back in it the past week, and am very pleased- I was 161.2 on Feb 12, so I've had the initial loss whoosh- now to just keep at it!

Even if we are, at least we aren't alone! I've been stuck in the 150s for too long. I'm at 152 (153 for a few days since a birthday party this past weekend... Oops) and I just want to see 148 sometime soon! I have to stop sabotaging myself. It's my biggest problem.

Welcome back CleverName! Way to go on the drop into the 150s!

I hope it's not terrible forum etiquette to reply to myself but I wanted update the thread! I saw 150.4 for a few days before TOM rolled in and mucked everything up. Hopefully that's where I go back to! How have you guys in the 150s been?

Clevername - great job on the weight loss.
Thousandsunny - you'll get there. You are so close.
I'm on a cleanse and trying to get to the 140s by the end of the month.
Keep up the good work :-)

I've been holding steady in the mid-150's. My kids were sick last week, so we had some plain simple carbs (that I cannot resist! We don't normally buy much packaged food) for their delicate stomachs, and those carbs have really caught up with me!

GoingForGold, what cleanse are you doing?

Really happy to read everyone's progress moving down through the 150s. I lost most of my weight in 2010 and was only in the 140s for a short time. I have made a little home in the 150s. But now I'm feeling motivated and excited to maybe work my way down to the 140s and stay there. I am cautiously optimistic. I'm happy to read so many of you are in the lower 150s. I'm 157.5 today.

Alright Elizabeth LC - keep up the good work! You should definitely be at least cautiously optimistic. It's not a matter of if you get there, it's a matter of when. Everyone has ups and downs. It's getting through the setbacks - that's the imp't thing.

Clevername - I am did Hepatocleanse. It's comes with supplements and a fiber powder and you basically eat fruits and veggies for a week. I thought it would be terrible, but no so much. I picked a week when I had the least amount of lunch meetings, least temptation. I was down to 153 not too long ago, but my eating was out of control and I went up to 159 in 2 weeks (at least half of that water weight/TOM). After the cleanse I was at 151.8 and I'm holding steady so far.

Bounced to 153, but I just got back from a trip for 4 days. I hope I didn't add too much and then have to move my ticker back up. Grr...

I'm getting back into my healthy lifestyle state of mind. I fell off the wagon after some cardiac issues last year and went from 142 back up to 159. I'm sitting at 155 now and determined to get back to 145. I've started exercising and eating better and have noticed some changes over the last 3 weeks but the scale is not really moving, which is okay as long as I'm seeing results in clothes and in the mirror.

@Bunnabear: I think you've got a great outlook! Too often, we get obsessed with the numbers on the scale. Noticing differences elsewhere is important!

Ironically, I came to post that I was back to 151 from 153, haha. But I do notice my jeans fitting a bit looser, so there's that!

3FC helps a lot with keeping me on track, I hope it does the same for you! The accountability piece helps; if I have a bad day or a bad week of eating, I can vent here while being held accountable at the same time.

That being said, I totally need to start revamping my lunches and cutting some carbs out!! I'm still stuck at 153!

Thanks for the support. I ate even when not hungry this weekend so back up to 161. But i'm staying in this thread so stay motivated for my downward trek in the 150s.

The good news is the next day was much more mindful of my actual hunger levels.
