I am losing three pounds a week and I honestly could not for the life of me figure out why. Everything I read said I should not be burning that many calories a day, but apparently I am anyway. Then I stumbled on a post here about TDEE. I googled it and got a calculator from Health-Calc that is dead on.
The math finally works!
I'll be using this calculator to help me slow down my loss in a few weeks time. I hope this helps others who were as clueless as me.
