Back home, time to start posting the journal again.

SUNDAY 6/22
POINT RANGE 22 - 27

BREAKFAST
oatmeal = 2
sugar = .5
blueberries = .5

BRUNCH
2 eggs = 4
hashbrowns = 2
sausage = 3

DINNER
lean pork chop = 4
grilled veggies = 4

SNACK
skinny cow = 2
chips = 5

DAILY TOTAL = 27
DAILY POINTS BANKED = 0
ACTIVITY POINTS BANKED = 0

20 minute bike
20 minute treadmill
5 minute walk
25 minute weights

BREAKFAST
oatmeal = 2
sugar = .5
bacon = 2

LUNCH
salad = 0
parmesan = 2
pizza = 8

DINNER
baked fish = 3
buns = 2
corn = 1
baked potato = 3

SNACK
ff fudge bar = 2

DAILY TOTAL = 25.5
POINTS BANKED = 1.5
WEEKLY POINTS BANKED = 1.5
ACTIVITY POINTS EARNED = 5
ACTIVITY POINTS BANKED = 4

1 hr tennis!

jam = 1

LUNCH
salad = 0
parmesan = 2
miss meringues = 3

PRE TENNIS SNACK
granola bar = 3

DINNER
xlean beef = 4
hot dog = 4
buns = 2
corn = 1
cheese = 3

SNACK
grapes = 1
ff choc fruit dip = 2

DAILY TOTAL = 30
DAILY POINTS BANKED = 0
WEEKLY POINTS BANKED = 1.5
DAILY ACTIVITY EARNED = 8
WEEKLY ACTIVITY BANKED = 7 (WW only lets you count 4 per day)

miss meringues = 3

chicken = 3
rice & brocolli = 4
bun = 3
bread = 3

DAILY TOTAL = 28
DAILY POINTS BANKED = 0
WEEKLY POINTS BANKED = 1.5
DAILY ACTIVITY EARNED = 9
DAILY ACTIVITY BANKED = 3 (ww max = 4. used one)
WEEKLY ACTIVITY BANKED = 10
