EXERCISE
20 minutes bike
20 minute treadmill
10 minute walk
20 minute weights

BREAKFAST
egg = 2
bread = 2
jam = 1

LUNCH
salad = 0
parmesan = 2
chicken = 1.5
cheese = 5

SNACK
oatmeal raisin bar = 3
