BREAKFAST
oatmeal = 2
sugar = .5
bacon = 2

LUNCH
salad = 0
parmesan = 2
almond accents = 1

SNACK
choc popcorn = 5

DINNER
xlean beef = 6
bun = 1.5
moz. = 2.5
corn = 1

SNACK
choc popcorn = 5

DAILY TOTAL = 28.5

EXERCISE
30 minutes bike

BREAKFAST
oatmeal = 2
sugar = .5
bacon = 2

BRUNCH
waffle = 4
bacon = 2.5
4 oz juice = 1

SNACK
cheese = 6

DINNER
grilled chicken = 4
bun = 1
cheese = 1
broc, grn beans, potatoes = 1
fruit = 2

DAILY TOTAL = 27

20 minutes bike
20 minutes treadmill
5 minute cool down walk
30 minutes weights & abs
1 hour tennis!

BREAKFAST
eggs = 4
bread = 2

LUNCH
salad = 0
parmesan = 2
almonds = 1
chicken = 2

BEFORE TENNIS SNACK
oatmeal raisin bar = 3

DINNER
chicken = 3
brocolli = 0
rice = 5
bun = 1
tomato & onion = 0

SNACK
cheese = 4
skinny cow = 2

DAILY TOTAL = 29

doritos = 8

more doritos = ?

DAILY TOTAL = ?

REFLECTIONS ~ never should have brought the doritos into the house. Intended to put them in serving size baggies. didn't wait that long to start eating them. sigh.

no weights day
1 hr tennis!

waffle = 4
strawberries = 1

LUNCH
salad = 0
parmesan = 2
almonds = 1
chicken = 1.5

DINNER
pasta w/chicken & brocolli & cheese = 15

SNACK
skinny cow = 2

DAILY TOTAL = 26.5
