EXERCISE 20 minutes bike 20 minutes treadmill 5 minute cool down walk 30 minutes weights & abs 1 hour tennis! BREAKFAST eggs = 4 bread = 2 LUNCH salad = 0 parmesan = 2 almonds = 1 chicken = 2 BEFORE TENNIS SNACK oatmeal raisin bar = 3 DINNER chicken = 3 brocolli = 0 rice = 5 bun = 1 tomato & onion = 0 SNACK cheese = 4 skinny cow = 2 DAILY TOTAL = 29 |

EXERCISE 20 minute bike 20 minute treadmill 30 minute weights & abs BREAKFAST oatmeal = 2 sugar = .5 bacon = 2 SNACK doritos = 8 DINNER salad = 0 parmesan = 2 almonds = 1 chicken = 3 SNACK more doritos = ? DAILY TOTAL = ? REFLECTIONS ~ never should have brought the doritos into the house. Intended to put them in serving size baggies. didn't wait that long to start eating them. sigh. |
