hi, melissa! i am "new" here, too, and didn't feel like making my own thread, so i thought i'd add to yours.. i, too, used this website years ago to help me reach my goal. and now i am back again, ONE kid later! haha. i'm keeping my original tracker just as a reminder that i have lost weight in the past and it IS doable.
my issue is exercise. i teach and during the school year i just can't find the time to do it. i have about a month and a half until school starts again, and i really want to set new habits in my life. daily exercise is a MUST.
