Question Questions & Advice

So as I go through this wonderful journey called weight loss, my kids call it "dieting", I DEMAND that it be called "a lifestyle change". No matter what you call the journey we have all vowed to make, I realized that I had some questions about calorie intake, exercises, foods, and all that jazz. So I thought I would just make this thread and see what happens. Even if no one else has any questions, maybe it can just be dedicated to answering mine!

So I'm on a 1240 calorie/day plan. I honestly do not feel hungry when I eat the right things. I know a lot of people say that's too few cals, but I like to take signals from my body on hunger. Lately I've been feeling soooooo tired. Like by 2 pm I'm completely wiped out. I am open to increasing my cals a little if it looks like I need to, but I don't know when to make that determination. And what foods should I be increasing to help with my energy levels?
