So as I go through this wonderful journey called weight loss, my kids call it "dieting", I DEMAND that it be called "a lifestyle change"
. No matter what you call the journey we have all vowed to make, I realized that I had some questions about calorie intake, exercises, foods, and all that jazz. So I thought I would just make this thread and see what happens. Even if no one else has any questions, maybe it can just be dedicated to answering mine!
