178.8 this morning. I was kind of expecting the drop today since I sure was peeing a lot yesterday. I think I let go of some water I was retaining. Probably reasonable (unfortunately) to expect a bit of a bounce in the next day or two as well. We'll see.

Why aren't you eating other meats Nicki? Where is your fish? (Not from a can that is.) Turkey or chicken burgers? Tacos??? I love my tacos. Chicken or turkey burger made with Ortega lower sodium taco seasoning, 2 six or eight inch CORN (not flour) tortillas, loaded with natural salsa, lettuce, and even fat free refried beans if you're in to that. (I so am...love beans) So good!

I also make an excellent chicken sandwich. Take baked chicken and shred it or chop it up small, mix it in a bowl with 1/4 cup of cottage cheese and 1 tsp of powdered ranch dressing mix. Slap that baby in a whole wheat pocket or on a thin bun, top with lettuce and green peppers, tomato, or whatever, or just eat it out of the bowl! Yum.

I eat all protein. I try to eat chicken more than others because while id love to eat bacon for all meals, probably not healthy though.
I love tacos, but i dont do well with bread/tortillas, etc. Once i start i can't stop. I've also got IBS and my symptoms are better when i don't eat that or beans.
I do make lettuce wrapped tacos on occasion.
I ordered a couple paleo cookbooks to hopefully add some variety and flavor i hadn't yet discovered.

I love corn tortillas, but I don't do well with pretty much anything that has any processing, at least that's what I've learns over the last few months. I might be able to make some of my own some day and be ok. But whenever I eat anything like that it also triggers me to binge. I just want to keep eating it.

BTW, congrats on hitting the 170s mauikai!

179.4 I knew it'd bounce up, I hope it doesn't keep at it though. Will be anxious to see what tomorrow brings.

I am annoyingly bouncing between 179-181 for no apparent reason.

Maui I was like that between 185 and 187 for two to three weeks. If you keep it up it will eventually disperse. Sometimes the scale just isn't catching up to what our bodies are doing. Keep chugging along!
I'm between 181 and 183 right now. So hopefully in the next three weeks I'll be joining the 170s thread officially.

I pop in on the 170s thread but since I'm 179 one day and 180 the next I have mostly been hanging out here.
