I`m not going to say yes or no to the snack, but to actually be careful with protein because it can kick you out of ketosis cause some converts to glucose, I donīt know the science behind it but if you read “The Ketogenic Diet”, “Why We Get Fat” or even watch some youtube videos of experts talking about it they say that too much protein can kick you out of ketosis... I donīt want to be mean but just tell you to be careful, cause I learned the hard way that ketogenic diet are high fat and only moderate protein diets!!!
