Hi all, I am relatively new to this whole thing. I have been on low carb for about 2 1/2 weeks now and lost 8.5 lbs. Today I think I went a little overboard on eggplant and I had a protein bar too (I think my carb count for today could around 30 something).
My question is, will NOT having the snack tonight help me to stay in ketosis if I haven't already pushed myself out? I think the protein shake I drink for bedtime is 8 carbs but I know it has alot of protein too that I need. Please help -- I don't know what I should do!!
