I have been using MFP (myfitnesspal) for about a month now, and have lost 7lbs. I love it! I love seeing what I'm eating and then seeing at the end of the day how much I will weigh if I ate that way everyday. It's a fantastic motivator. Is anyone else having the same success? Just thought it would be great to find some people who would like a friend on 3FC and MFP.
