Default I let myself go a little bit. Time to reel myself in.

I was somewhat regular in the 20-something's a few years ago. I did really well. I lost over a hundred lbs. This past year it started to slowly creep back on and I gained 26 lbs. Since New Years I've lost 8.6. I would love to finally get down to my goal of 155. I tried a few times last year, but was unsuccessful. I realize now that what I needed was the support and motivation that I received when I was on 3 fat chicks. So I'm back. I'm not 30 yet, but I will be in a couple of months. So I figured I'd might as well start here.

Welcome Skinnycow! Great job on losing over 100 pounds!!

I have about 40 pounds to lose, and it's been tough getting myself back on track after the holidays.

What works for you? Calorie counting? Cardio? Weight lifting? What helps you stay on track?

Starting where you're at is a great place!

I joined several years ago but have become more active lately, my DD is 19 months and I need to get the last 5 of baby weight off! Like you, though, I've tried several times in the past to dip into the 150's with some stalling at about 162.

30 is a *fabulous* age to be! You're old enough to know a little, but young enough not to worry about 40, lol. (NO offense to anyone, just trying to be light...) Make sure you celebrate!

I am feeling the same way! Congrats on the previous weight loss, that's incredibly impressive. I think it's been tough for a lot of people post-holiday. 3FC is a great place for support and so it's great that you're back! Best of luck.
