Hello all. I used to be a regular on 3FC but lost touch for quite some time. I have had good success but just recently started getting serious about losing some more weight and getting in shape! LOVE these daily weigh in threads to see what patterns are!
As of April 2012 I weighed just over 180 lbs. I changed many things in my life, for the better and have slowly lost the weight, become a lot more active and eating better. I wasn't going to weigh myself until Sunday, but I basically caved this morning. I only slept for 3 hours (thank you sudafed!) and I needed a real pick me up this morning. It's not my official weight until Sunday ;)
