I ate decent today but didn't get my walk in .boo. gonna put dd in school tomorrow then go for my run first thing in the morning. How was your day?

good luck! drink lots of water. remember the first few days will be the hardest but you will not feel so hungry all the time. check in later and let me know how it's going.
