weighed in this am at 190.0! I thought I had beat the 190's. The scale even stopped for just a second on 189.8 lol I'm down a total of 14 now and losing 6 more before Memorial Day weekend

I'm new to the forums and new to the 190's! I started at my heaviest at 230 and have managed to slowly creep down to 198!! Hoping I won't spend too long in the 190's but sheesh it sure is hard work D: but very satisfying seeing that 2 drop off
Just did a quick weigh in to see how things were going and down 5 already from Friday!
I will take that and continue downward. Started a Mother's Day challenge in the 40's something....55 days from today....I have goals to obtain for that day and I am on track
I have been trapped in the 190's for a bit longer than I care to admit I could definitely used some encouragement and camaraderie.
Well Ms. Amy, you can surely do this! Always pay attention to what you HAVE accomplished and know that you CAN do this because of where you have come so far. Never quit, for you never get to your goal:-)
booo. so I just weighed myself today and I've only gone down .2 lbs in the last week.... I can blame this on my TOM right? lol. Cuz honestly.. I haven't gone over my calories all week and worked with my personal trainer twice, and did a 5k... ughhhh!

Yeah I am with you, we will blame it on the TOM....they say AFTER TOM there is this "whoosh". So hopefully you will meet this
I love my after TOM whoosh lol it's such a nice reward sometimes after 5 days of misery to be greetex with a loss xD well it doesn't happen every time but feels good when it does!
Been feeling more motivated today after a slip up yesterday!just gotta keep reminding myself how well i have done so far and even the smallest loss is still a loss and gets me that little bit closer to my goal!
