I definately need something to be working towards in order to make progress. My goal is to lose 6 pounds. That doesn't seem like much but dangit just losing 3 pounds and keeping it off would be a total miracle for me these days!!!
Goal 1 - Drop 6 lbs
Goal 2 - Exercise 5 days a week
Goal 3 - Plan my WW Points
3/17 - 159
3/24 - 159 (I was 158 on 3/21)
3/31 - 158 (it finally stayed low)
4/7 - 158 (still)
4/14 - 158 (I'm happy since I've been eating a lot)
4/21 - 157.5 (I'm seeing 157 off and on during the week)
4/28 - 157
5/3 - 156 (I weighed 2 days early this time)
5/12 - 158 (I just can't get away from this number!!!)
5/19 -158
5/26 - 157 -- Oh well...at least I lost a couple of pounds.
GOAL 153
