Breakfast chorizo & eggs - 1.5 coffee 2.5 Snack lc crakers .70 SF Peanut Butter .30 Lunch wings & blue cheese 1.5 sm salad 2.5 dinner rotissere chicken 0 cauliflower w/butter and salt 3.0 SF turtle - 1 berries & sour Cream 4.0 a few bites of leftover pizza 1.5 4/12/03 Breakfast 1 cup coffee 1.25 coconut cheesecake 2.3 fresh rasperries 1.0 lunch 1 slice lc bread 3.0 2 slices HB salami - 0 1/2 slice pepper jack cheese .5 mustard 0 cole slaw 2.0 Snack - (went to the movies) mock cheez-its 4.0 Dinner chicken club salad from Jack in the Box 4.0 ceasar dressing 3.0 4/13/03 Exercise 1 hour combo bike/treadmill/elliptical breakfast coffee 2.5 2 lc crackers .70 2 tsp SF peanut butter 1.3 lunch 1/2 slice lc pizza 2.5 dinner 2 grilled pork chops - 0 sauted peppers & onion 3.0 spinach w/butter - 1.0 diet rite - 0 I made a lc blueberry coffee cake, WOW! Could have eaten the whole thing but I think I ate about 5 carbs worth :) |

Exercise walked 45 minutes - am Gym day :) 45-60 mintues bike/treadmill/elliptical weights - chest/back/shoulders Breakfast 2 cups coffee 2.5 a few bites of the coffee cake I made last night - 1.5 Lunch 1 grilled pork chop - 0 peppers & onions - 1.5 caluliflower w/butter - 2.0 Snack 2 lc crackers - .70 2 tsp peanut butter 1.3 Dinner chicken club salad (homemade :D ) - 4 ceasar dressing - 2 4 slices bacon :eek: (snacking while making salad :D ) 1.0 Dessert mixed berries w/sour cream |

TUESDAY
Rabbit, Cadbury's?????? I'm jealous!!! I had a pkg of reese's pb cups sitting on my counter last night and I wanted them sooooo very bad. I chose a glass of ff choc milk instead. Not the same!! Thankfully DH ate it so I don't have to look at it anymore. EXERCISE: 5 min rower 30 min weights 20 min bike 5 min abs 5 min stretching BREAKFAST: donut -5 :devil: water -0 LUNCH: sandwich -4 soup -2 diet pepsi -0 kudos -2 DINNER: 3 soft tacos -13.5 26.5 pts -- within my limit but not very healthy... |

TUESDAY 4/15/03 EXERCISE 2.5 mile walk 15 bike weights (legs) yoga class (night) BREAKFAST oatmeal = 2 sugar = .5 fruit = .5 micro bacon = 2 LUNCH salad = 0 parmesan = 1 m & m, jelly beans = 10 DINNER soup = 6 crackers = 2 cheese = 6 DAILY TOTAL = 30 WEEKLY POINTS BANKED = +2 WEEKLY ACTIVITY BANKED = 0 Reflections ~ did some nibbling. Hope I got all the pts. counted. I'll be glad when Easter is over and this candy is gone from the house. |
WEDNESDAY
I am so tired today. I can't decide if I'd rather eat out of control or go to sleep. Thankfully I think sleep will win. If I can just survive work. Exercise Didn't walk today :( Gym Day 45-60 mintues bike/treadmill/elliptical weights - legs & arms Breakfast coffee 2.5 coconut cheesecake 2.5 fresh raspberries 1.0 Lunch 1 grilled porkchop - 0 peppers & onions 1.5 spinach w/butter - 2.0 4 atkins BBQ chips .5 (atkins chips really dry out the mouth, I drank almost a entire bottle of water trying to get 4 chips down :D Think I found a water trick ;) ) Snack 2 lc crackers .70 3 tsp peanut butter 2.0 Dinner 2 scrambled eggs - 1.2 2 hot sausage patties- 1.0 2 slices lc toast w/butter - 6 mixed berries w/sour cream - 4.0 |

Exercise didn't walk today either, winds are at about 50 mph Had to cancel the gym, had a little nuerological episode this morning. I am okay now, but think I ought to skip the gym for today to be on the safe side. Breakfast coconut cheesecake 2.5 fresh raspberries 1.0 coffee 2.0 lunch Hewbrew National Beef Dinner Frank - 1 1/2 saurkraut 2.0 mustard - 0 Snack ate the rest of my breakfast :) |
