i have been here before, but has been about 2 yrs. i have gotten no where on reaching my goals. my mom got real sick with PSP and earned her angel wings back in DEC of 2011.
i am back to try this again.
i need to lose weigt and get healthy and be more active with my girls now 7 and 9.
i used a calorie counting website before to track what i ate and i liked it but can not find the site. any one have any good websites they use to track food and exercise? i find it helped me a lot so would like to use one agian.

I find fitday.com really easy to use. A lot of people use myfitnesspal, sparkpeople.com, and myplate at livestrong.com.

I use MyFitnessPal - they have a free ap for your phone as well. I am mortonpixie on there also, we can be "friends"!
