Raising hand...
I've tried so many different things over the years but this is the first time I've been successful. I've lost 21 lbs so far on my own, taking it slow and back to basics. I'm mindful of my calories, do a variety of workouts 6 days a week, drink 64 - 96 oz of water everyday, strive for mini-goals (helps me mentally) and I eat more frequently like having an apple in between lunch and dinner.
Also I do allow my myself 1 can of pop per week and a couple of cookies once in a while. When I deny myself things I tend to over-indulge later on.
It's been such a learning experience, but this is the best I 've looked and felt in years so I want to keep going!!!
