Hi everyone! I have only been on this site for a few days, but admit I have become addicted already!
I am so happy to say, that I am out of the 200's!!! Weighed in this am at 199.6. My official WI day isn't until Thurs, so hopefully I will drop even more by then! I started this less than a week ago, just cutting out all the junk I used to eat, and just getting up and moving every day, and it is working so far
I don't think I've seen the 190's in a year now, my highest was 213 or so.
